Sweepstakes Submission Deadlines:
Quarter 1 (Q1) Are shows occurring January, February and March submitted by April 30
Quarter 2 (Q2) Are shows occurring April, May and June submitted by July 31
Quarter 3 (Q3) Are shows occurring July, August, and September submitted by October 31
Quarter 4 (Q4) Are shows occurring October, November and December submitted by January 31 (which is the end of the previous year deadline).
Revisions made public on March 21, 2025, after the BOD voted on November 5, 2024, are now officially in effect.

As of 2025, the Board of Directors and officers have made a slight modification to the UARC Sweepstakes for 2025 and beyond, replacing cash awards with alternative awards for all participants. This decision aims to provide all participants with the opportunity to receive an award or gift for their involvement. The Board unanimously voted on this decision on November 5, 2024. Please accept my apologies for the delayed notification. To reiterate, no cash awards will be distributed to winners. Instead, all participants will receive an award. For further information, please contact me or any of the officers or Board members. Maggie K is a wonderful Awards person who is very creative and handles the awards for our participants.
